Logan L. Morris
Logan Morris is head of our law clerks department, which - among other things - is responsible for document production, in-house file management, filing and serving of process and research in court. Mr. Morris also provides the firm with procedural guidance regarding State and Federal Civil Court Rules and Procedures and also acts as liaison between the firm and the clerk’s office for various state and federal courts.
Mr. Morris passed his Qualifying Law Examination for Deputy Clerk of the Courts for the Ministry of Justice, Jamaica in 1987 and later graduated cum laude from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, City University of New York (B.S., 1994) and from John Jay College of Criminal Justice/Hunter College, City University of New York, (M.P.A., 2004).
Prior to joining KM, Mr. Morris was the managing clerk at Lankler Siffert & Wohl. Before moving to the United States, he acted as Registrar of the Revenue Court in Kingstown, Jamaica, and Deputy Clerk of Court in the Resident Magistrate's Court in Westmoreland and in Kingstown, Jamaica.
