Francisco X. Loya
Frank Loya is a cornerstone of our Institutional Monitoring Service. He focuses exclusively on securities fraud monitoring and investigations, using our cutting edge securities class action monitoring technology as well as his own market research to watch and protect the interests of our monitoring clients. Mr. Loya closely watches the stock market as well as securities class action lawsuit filings for signs of fraud-related stock declines that affect our clients’ investments.
Mr. Loya graduated from Yale University (B.A., 2000).
Prior to joining KM, Mr. Loya spent five years as a research analyst at KLD Research & Analytics, Inc., a social investment research firm in Boston, MA.
