Lindsay Alfano is a staff attorney practicing out of our New York office.

Prior to joining KM, Ms. Alfano worked as a law clerk at the Department of Justice Environment and Natural Resources Division. Additionally, she was a summer associate at Connecticut Green Bank, where she worked on clean energy projects and policy for the state.

Ms. Alfano received her J.D. with an Energy and Environmental Law Certificate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2022, where she was President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and served as a UConn@COP26 Graduate Fellow. Along with working as a research assistant to both Professor Peter L. Lindseth and Professor Sara C. Bronin at the University of Connecticut, she was also a law student representative in the Animal Law Clinic and completed the UConn Law 100-hour Pro Bono Pledge.
