Karen Lerner Named to 2022 Elite Women of the Plaintiffs Bar by The National Law Journal05/13/2022 | The National Law Journal
Kirby McInerney is proud to announce that The National Law Journal has named partner Karen Lerner one of its 2022 Elite Women of the Plaintiffs Bar, part of The National Law Journal's 2022 Elite Trial Lawyers awards.
The award recognizes 15 female partners who “have demonstrated repeated success in cutting-edge work on behalf of plaintiffs over the last 18 months." and "possess a solid track record of client wins over the past three to five years.”
Over the course of her 30-year career, Ms. Lerner has successfully litigated antitrust, commodities, and other complex class actions that have recovered billions of dollars on behalf of institutional and individual plaintiffs. She has played important roles in several landmark antitrust cases and remains one of the few women ever appointed as Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel in a Commodity Exchange Act case.
